Use the swrm App to discover and track the carbon footprint throughout the lifetime of the grocery products you purchase everyday. Compare your favorite brands to find out which are better for the planet. For the very first time, you are able to compare different toothbrushes side-by-side, and know which one was produced, packaged and transported in the most environmentally responsible manner.
Track the carbon footprint from driving your vehicle and compare it with that when you take a shared transportation alternative, such as a bus or train. Record your weekly and monthly utility bills and compare it with your past usage. Take it a step further and create a “Hive” made up of your friends, family and colleagues – this way you can save the planet as a community!
Visualizing the carbon footprint is essential to reducing global consumption of non-renewable resources. We want to make it as easy as possible for our users, so you can track your footprint in the method of your choice: Energy (kWh), Carbon Dioxide Equivalent (CO2e) & Tons of Coal Equivalent (TCE). If you’re feeling particularly revolutionary, you can even measure your energy footprint in terms of the amount of burritos or the number of bee hives it would take to generate the energy you use.
