Gas flame from a stovetop hotplate

You can measure the carbon footprint of your entire household – all appliances, electronics, heating and cooling, even how many loads of laundry you do! You can also input the energy usage details from your utility bills.

You can enter the number of times you charge you electronic devices, and if you leave them on standby or switch them off altogether.

If you live in a share house situation, just enter the number of people in the house so you’re getting the appropriate split of the energy utilization. And of course you can document if you’re lucky enough to have access to renewable energy sources (which will be noted on your utility bill).

Detail like this has not been possible on any other carbon footprint calculator!
