We felt it timely to reground ourselves in why we take the actions we take to help mitigate the climate crisis. In a word, it’s science. But let’s get more specific and do some time travel through the history of climate science to explore the basis of this data. We discuss experiments and discoveries which have been instrumental in giving us an understanding of climate, physics, engineering and even medicine. From 1754 through to the early 2000’s, we take a look at greenhouse gases, measurement of atmospheric carbon and ice cores.
